LLC announces an exciting new chapter in the company's history. Effective December
1, 2007, Phillip E. Goldstein, managing partner of Goldstein Lieberman & Company
LLC, will devote full-time attention to the demands of the rapidly expanding
company. Headquartered at International Crossroads in Mahwah, New Jersey, Goldstein
Lieberman, LLC is counted among the nation's top 500 CPA firms, and is one of the
Hudson Valley's largest and fastest growing CPA firms. Goldstein leaves a
partnership he held concurrently with Levitan, Yegidis and Goldstein, a Middletown
accounting firm, to operate solely from the International Crossroads address.

"At Goldstein Lieberman & Co., our policy of recruiting specialists with expertise
in a variety of areas has resulted in unprecedented growth during the last two
years," says Goldstein who is in the process of adding 5,000 additional square feet
to accommodate the growth in personnel resources. Two new specialists are slated to
join the firm within the next two weeks alone. From an over 10,000 square foot
facility in the heart of the region's commercial hub, team members provide
traditional tax and audit services as well as a broad range of value-added services
such as business development assistance, profit planning strategies, merger and
acquisition studies, compensation planning, succession planning, litigation support,
business valuations, and IT consulting. Clients come from a broad range of
industries, including real estate, construction, retail, professional services,
manufacturing, and distribution.
